Using our services

When ordering cards from Greenerside Digital, it is important to remember one thing: We want to work with you to make your project shine. Never be afraid to contact us with questions or help before or after you place your order. To make things easier though, here are a couple helpful tips to consider as you choose what kind of cards and services are right for you.

1. Artwork: The quicker your art is available for us, the quicker your cards will be finished. It is best if you can supply us with high res files of your pre-existing art (at least 300 dpi ). This can be done by simply uploading it during the checkout process. If you need us to create art for you, remember the templates we offer are highly customizable. We'll tweak them as much as we can to suit your needs.

2. Content files: If you already have digital content ready for us to use for your cards, please supply it in as many formats as you have available at the time of your checkout. If you have other formats to add later on, just let us know and we can activate it to your cards at any time, in addition to the formats you have already provided. If you need us to build an e-book for you, it is best if you can supply your book as one file, in .doc or .txt formats.

3. Cardholders: If you have obtained one of Greenerside's cards, please remember you must be logged in to download your content. You will need to be logged in so we can verify your identity and download code if you have a problem downloading your content. We will never use your information for anything else. Please be aware that you can also download content from any page on our website in the top right corner of the window.
