Does Greenerside need to design my e-book in order for my cards to work with my codes?

No. We will create codes associated to any digital file you upload during or after you purchase an order of cards. You do not need to have us build your e-book for you.

Can I use Greenerside's cards to promote more than just an e-book?

Yes! Any type of digital content can be distritubed via our code and card system

How many files can I distribute with a order of cards?

Currently, we can host up to 12 separate files on a single order of cards, meaning, if you would like users to be able to access multiple books or files with a single code, just give us the files and we'll make them accessible for your cardholders when they punch in their code.

What can I use cards for?

Your cards can be used for anything you'd like. Sell them, give them away, shoot them out of cannons, etc., etc. . . . Greenerside does not profit from the distribution or sale of your individual cards. Our objective is solely to provide you with the tools you need to promote your digital content in a physical enviroment.

How long will it take to create my cards?

This depends solely on what kind of files we have to work with from creators when they place their order. Once all assets are in place, it will take approx. 14-15 days for your cards to be created. PLEASE plan ahead and accordingly if you are ordering cards for a specific time or event.

Do users have to download content from my cards at GreenersideDigital.com?

Nope. Your cardholders can download their content right from your very own website by using our secure download widget.

What if I don't have an e-book or cover image for my e-book cards?

Not only can we design your cards for you, we can also construct your e-book from scratch. We use the same design tools used by professional book designers all over the world.

Otherwise, you might simply try speaking with the manager of your local bookstore or retailer. We carry a number of retail display items which may help you accomplish this.

What kind of devices can people read my e-books on after using my cards?

Any device that supports EPUB, MOBI, or PDF formats (if we build your e-book), or any device that supports the type of file you provide us with for your cards.

Can people use the code on the back of each card more than once?

Nope. It's a one time download, but the codes will exist forever until used, or until the creator asks us to terminate them, so if you want to create codes with a limited shelf-life, just let us know.

Is Greenerside Digital a publishing company?

Negative. We simply provide special services to authors and publishers.

How much does it cost to ship my cards?

Greenerside happily pays for UPS ground shipping within the United States. For international orders, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, we will bill you for shipping after your order processes. Ask us for a shipping quote before you place your order. We will bill you for any shipping charges after your order processes.
